Adv. Eliav Boaron is a seasoned legal advisor with deep expertise in commercial law, tech transactions, intellectual property, and data privacy.
He combines legal precision with business intuition, helping fast-growing companies operate with speed, clarity, and confidence.
Eliav holds law degrees from Israel and the U.S., including an LL.M. (cum laude) in Corporate Law from The Ohio State University, along with post-graduate studies at the University of Oxford. His legal insights have been featured in The Guardian, and he is certified in global privacy standards (CIPP/E, CIPP/US).
He practiced law at Herzog Fox & Neeman (HFN), one of Israel’s top-tier firms, and has since served as General Counsel for high-growth tech companies while founding a boutique data protection practice.
